I am responsible for architecting and developing the ensemble AI architecture that powers the assessment. BizForesight is a collaboration between Talbot West, the leading provider of advanced AI solutions for mid-market, and Bill McCalpin of Capitalize Network. Bill is a legendary investment banker and exit advisor and the chair of the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors (AM & AA). We have the following moats:1. Bill McCalpin\'s expertise. Bill is renowned in the M&A community and has been on both sides of the table over decades of M&A deals. His expertise is distilled and used to train our AI so that it delivers truly valuable advice and insights to business owners contemplating exit options. Proprietary deal data. Our AI is trained on thousands of real business deals, which makes it the most reliable valuation tool on the market. Advanced AI architecture. Instead of a single large language model, Talbot West\'s modular Cognitive Hive AI (CHAI) framework delivers a much more robust AI assessment and advisory experience. Our network. Bill\'s vast network of M&A professionals fuels the system. Initially, BizForesight will go live in the summer of 2025 with 300 business owners taking the assessment. As we onboard professional services to handle the needs of this initial cohort, they will make the assessment available to their clients as a value-added resource.BizForesight will be the single largest driver of dealflow in the M&A sector by the end of 2025.
