Currently working with the Heart of England Foundation Trust at their Heartlands Hospital where i ensure that the service delivery for the Domestics department is completed to the required standards.Since arriving at Heartlands i have increased our visibility with the client and built close relationships with Estates teams, Infection control, Ward Matrons and Senior Sisters.Every day requires Pro-active and Re-active management of what is required, the Teams that i have working for me have to be able to work to high standards at all times. During my first year at Heartlands i designed and developed a matrix to speed up the process of Bed spaces and ensuring that the correct Infection clean was done. This was so successful that it was rolled out across the other 2 Hospitals in the Trust.

In 2015 we were entered in 3 FM competitions for our VHR rapid response team, where we came runners up in the categories we entered, however we were the winners of the G4S National award.
