I\'m a strategy director with 15+ years of experience across consulting, M&A, and in-house strategy.I recently joined as Strategy Director for Wolters Kluwer\'s Legal & Regulatory division — a ~€1bn global B2B software and information services business operating across 10+ markets. My focus is on divisional strategy, AI and portfolio prioritisation, and growth opportunities including M&A, as the division scales its AI and expert solutions. My career has been a progression from hard-quant financial analysis and M&A diligence, through corporate strategy and growth leadership, to in-house strategy roles where I can drive decisions and outcomes. The common thread has been a pull toward interesting problems — and right now, this is the intersection of proprietary data, B2B software, and AI-driven workflow transformation. I spent the first 15 years of my career at Strategy & (PwC), where I led and delivered ~100 strategy and M&A engagements for global corporates, private equity firms, and high-growth software and fintech businesses across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific. This worked spanned the full M&A and strategy lifecycles — financial modelling and valuations, buy and sell-side commercial due diligence, pre and post-deal value creation, international market entry and corporate growth strategy.
