In addition to managing the Eighty20 Group management consulting firm, I work with senior leaders and high-potential managers who want to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact.Many of the leaders I coach are technically excellent but find themselves facing the harder side of leadership — influencing people, handling difficult conversations, building engaged teams, and navigating the pressure that comes with bigger roles.
