About Stephen Hussey
I am a Licensed Home Inspector with JMC Associates specializing in Home Inspections and Construction Management. Having been involved in the construction and real estate fields throughout most of my life, I began my professional career opening a Commercial Cleaning Company while in college (United Cleaning Services inc). Once I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Business and a Minor in Spanish, I sold my cleaning company and moved into restaurant operations, then into real estate development and brokerage. Since then, I have managed numerous construction projects ranging from the development of commercial office and restaurant spaces to the renovations of residential homes. I have worked with many outstanding architects and sub-contractors during the design and build-out of many properties and I have managed or constructed many home improvement projects from small hardwood floor installations, kitchen and bath remodels, condo conversions, to gut renovations and complete office and restaurant build-outs. My extensive experience in the construction and real estate fields have continuously proven to be a tremendous asset for my clients during the decision making process.My specialties include all home improvement Construction Management, and I have been licensed in Real Estate since the early 1990\'s (Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2005).
