I have extensive experience in Data and AI driven offerings and solutions. Data preparation, model training and applying AI in real time data pipelines to deliver value to users and processes so they can react in a timely manner. Applying this to an IT operations realm to enable ops teams to manage applications, solutions and infrastructure in traditional, hybrid and cloud native modes.I have a broad understanding of the content management, business process management, records management and the benefits and challenges large organizations encounter when considering and implementing them.I have strong experience managing technically biased sales, marketing and development teams. I find this role enjoyable and challenging.My career has followed a path from Enginering, Customer Support, Sales Support to Product Management. While maintaining a strong technical background I have moved to more customer and business engaged positions. I find that this mixture of technical and business skills allows me to be very effective in a wide variety of activities.
