Past roles include Vice President, Regional Manager/Business Unit Leader, Project Executive, Director of Preconstruction and Estimating. Commercial Real Estate experience includes managing projects in New Zealand, Singapore, Guam and the US. Experienced in a diverse range of project types including High Rise, Federal Work, Manufacturing and Industrial, Retail, Data Centers, Corporate Office and Hospitality. Within the Hospitality industry I have managed the construction of over 2500 hotel rooms. Within the industrial and manufacturing industry, I have overseen the construction of more than two million sf. Project Highlights include ful P&L responsibility for the Design and Construction of a $60 million Solar mirror manufacturing facility with a 7-1/2 months from start of design to operational;$ 70 million Data Center, 360 ft high, pour in place, telecommunications tower in Singapore, 500 room hotel and waterpark in Guam, Air force Control Tower at Luke AFB. As VP/ Business Unit Leader, Stephen had full P&L responsibility for all Arizona Operations for Balfour Beatty Construction, leading them to their best performance in 2015 and 2016. Associations include Arizona Builders Alliance and American Society of Professional Estimators. Community Involvement includes: Past Treasurer of Scottsdale Training and Rehabilitation Services (STARS) and a former Board Member of Scottsdale Public Art
