Stephen Hillier has worked in the construction industry since He has worked on a wide variety of facility types including: hospitality – resort properties, commercial building, refineries, surface mines, industrial, marine, and U.S. military bases. Stephen has held positions as construction manager, deputy construction manager, sub agent, project engineer, QC/QA engineer and assistant superintendent. Over the course of his career he has worked in the U.S, Mexico, Caribbean, South America and Kuwait. Stephen’s typical duties include: project controls, planning/scheduling, contract administration, cost management, site management, change orders analysis, procurement, document controls and quality controls.
