I have extensive experience in IT, ERP, strategy, operations, cybersecurity, and design technology in highly matrixed, distributed global companies and campuses. I have a talent for building high performing, diverse teams. I have experience identifying and detailing business problems benefiting from technology solutions. I have moved traditional infrastructures into the cloud leveraging leading edge communication, file sharing, backup and restore technologies. I am leading enterprise efforts to utilize data in ways that inform better design decision making and will transform the way business is delivered. I serve on two industry executive committees for AEC, to build partnerships among large firms eradicating waste, driving innovation, and helping to elevate the design industry.    Transformed firm approach for technology services from disparate individuals / departments into a single, consolidated team. Rank highest of any department in employee engagement surveys- Continue to shift to adopt new technologies, provide opportunities for talent development and align to changing business needs- Find opportunities to increase ROI through contract negotiations and technology implementations like SD-WAN, managed print, BC/DR solution and cloud-based file sharing- Push to discover avenues for technology staff to be in service to clients- Led the move to cloud services including Microsoft, Bluebeam, Bentley, Mural, Nasuni, Autodesk, Adobe and licensing to enable geographic independence and remote work- Adopted NIST 800-171 framework, elevated to adoption of CMMC Level 2- Led research, policy creation, FAA registration and adoption of a drone program with certified and insured in-house pilots and UAVs- Holds roles of FSO, SMO, and ITPSO in support of our firm’s top-secret clearance. Previously ISSM beginning in 2013. Oversees facility / personnel clearances, contractual obligations and security assessments- Leads Design Technology providing computational design, BIM, visualization, knowledge assimilation, emerging technologies, design to fabrication, automation of design workflows, etc- Ensures all networks, infrastructure, custom applications, desktops, communications, and software are optimized and secure- Focus on analytics and data science to empower financial and operational decisions and create advanced algorithms using AI/ML to gain better insights into modeling data- Formalized a quantitative approach to M&A for the firm aligning strategy, target identification, and assessments identifying acquisition synergies to be carried through implementation- Serve on Executive and Steering Committees for the AIA CIO LFRT and the IDC in the AEC industry to drive innovation.
