º Process cash and securities transactions in the trust accounting system related to expense statements, litigation and valuations.º Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and according to the relevant documentation. º Ensure all documentation related to the transaction is appropriately archived and noted in Salesforce.º Proactively communicate with asset sponsors or government agencies via phone to validate requests and to understand the path to completion for each transaction.º Quickly remediate any issues or concerns arising from the sponsor or agency contact.º Ensure all procedures related to client contact are adhered to.º Proactively communicate with clients via phone to advise them of the status of their request.º Quickly remediate any issues or concerns arising from the client contact.º Ensure all procedures related to the client are adhered to.º Under the guidance of senior team management, assist in processing activities related to institutional client conversions and deconversions.º Under the guidance of senior team members, develop an understanding of processing activities across multiple security types (private equity and real estate).º Process complex activities related to bulk vendor valuations, bulk client valuation notices, and litigation activities.º Ensure all documentation related to the transaction is appropriately archived and note in Salesforce.º Lead institutional client conversions and de-conversions.º Create plans and endure timely execution of related processing activities.º Communicate with Sales/Service teams on status of plans.º Other duties as assigned
