Director of Education Services and Incentives for the Indiana National Guard. My department services over Soldiers and Airmen to maximize their education benefits and meet State targets.• Coordinate with Education Services Specialists, officials, and/or professors of educational institutions, or professional education societies in providing guidance and assistance in occupational information, scholarship requirements, Army service schools, and college acceptance.• Direct and/or perform educational and vocational counseling consisting of advising and assisting members on individual programs of study available; and selecting the appropriate course of study through information obtained by interviews and educational record research.• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of assigned program areas, while ensuring human resources, leadership and administrative are in compliance with statutory and regulatory laws. Serve as Test Control Officer and Installation Access Manager.
