My Commercial banking experience spans across 18 years where I have held various leadership roles in strategic sales and relationship management. With a passion for customer experience and people development my focus is to lead, mentor and inspire large teams across the region to connect with business clients and understand their unique needs. Previously as the Regional Head of Business and Commercial Banking for FNB, I was accountable for the overall sustainable growth of the segment by providing a full range of business banking solutions for our clients ranging from start-up businesses to Stock Exchange listed organisations. In my current role as the Business Development Head based in London we are currently in the process of researching the establishment a new business unit.
