Faber Exposize UK and Northern Flags continue to grow with investments in technology and software. My primary role is to improve processes, streamline throughput, increasing capacity throughout and producing high productivity in all areas from developing our working practices, teams and their skill sets. Consistency and repeatability will be second nature through creating and documenting all SOP’s to assist in achieving our quality assurance and KPI targets. Software and Hardware will be proposed, agreed, implemented and developed in which I will lead as we continue to grow and maintain our position at the forefront of Print.I will be developing relationships with our colleagues across the group and working closely together to delivering substantially quicker production times.Faber Exposize UK continues to expand its creative Services Department which services Northern Flags and Faber Exposize UK. I have been appointed to lead this department where I can assist in expanding into the Creative sector and have a close partnership with Marketing and our strategic objectives.
