To that end Iserve as a volunteer to the following:* Lancaster County Workforce Investment Board, Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association * I share my leadership experiences with Elizabethtown College students in the College\'s Called-to-Lead program.* Previously served on these committes:# Lancaster Chamber of Business & Industry Bus-Ed Task Group # S.T.E.A.M- ROLLER (a STEM related program)# Mentor to ex-military members in the American Corporate Partners (ACP), connecting US Veterans to business leaders. Further, I am a grants reviewer for the Lancaster County Community Foundation; a board member of the Central Division of the PA Pennsylvania Economy League (PEL) http://pelcentral.org/; and I am a member of the Elizabethtown College Leadership Council.Previously I was quite active and long-serving with:* Lancaster Chamber\'s Advocacy Council* United Way of Lancaster County serving on several different committees and as a fund raiser* Keystone Innovation Board
