ABOUT STEPHEN FRANTZ

Steve is recognized leader in the local and national business arena, with a three-decade plus focus in real estate, financial services and banking. Steve currently serves as a Merger and Acquisitions Specialist in the Commercial Division of Berkshire Hathaway HS | Ambassador Real Estate. In this role, he assists businesses wishing to transition in facilitating a buyer, works to find the appropriate structure for the transaction and assists in the transfer of Real Estate involved. He has been affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HS | Ambassador Real Estate since August of 2020. He also served in a consulting role for BHHSAMB in 2016 and 2017. Prior to this, Steve served as the Managing Director for the Private Banking Division of Mutual of Omaha Bank. He served in this role in Omaha and Scottsdale from March 2018 until the bank was acquired by CIT Bank in August 2020. Steve lived in Denver Colorado in 2017, on a consulting assignment for a former high profile Wall Street CEO, rationalizing an expansion plan into Denver from the New York City operation. From 2010 to 2016, he served as President and Chairman of Tributary Mutual Funds, and as President of Tributary Capital Management LLC. Steve re-engineered a declining investment management platform used primarily by the trust department of a community bank into a nationally known boutique asset manager utilized by industry heavyweights JP Morgan, UBS, Wells Fargo, Envestnet, PNC, Charles Schwab and Fidelity. Prior to his tenure at Tributary, Steve served for over a decade as Chief Investment Officer for Tributary’s parent, First National Bank of Omaha. He began his financial services career as an account executive with Smith Barney Harris Upham in 1984 where he was a member of the constellation club, awarded annually to the top 15 rookie brokers across the country. He also served as the local specialist in evaluating all private placement and publicly traded real estate transactions. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, graduating with a degree in Business Administration. In 20••••08, Steve also served as an adjunct professor in the Executive MBA program for his alma mater. Steve has made several appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and been quoted multiple times by the Wall Street Journal and the Omaha World Herald. Steve is a sought-after speaker, having given over 100 speeches on various investment and economic related issues over his three-decade career.
