About Stephen Forman
Stephen Forman is the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Compliance Officer of Logista Clearing Corporation, which was founded in June of 2020.He is also the Chief Compliance Officer of Logista Advisors LLC. He is an expert in establishing & managing a futures & options clearing business. Since 1974 Stephen has held senior management roles at major FCMs (Futures Commission Merchants). In addition to his clearing expertise, he has extensive compliance/regulatory experience with FCMs as well as development of client on-boarding processes, supporting agency sales, recruitment, product development, and building trading back, middle, and front office processes. His experience extends beyond futures and options as he has also created a swap dealer to facilitate domestic and foreign hedging for producers, accompanied by traditional trade finance processes, and risk management. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange), the Dubai Mercantile Exchange, and The New York Board of Trade and it’s Clearing Corporation. Stephen’s extensive experience also includes being an Arbitrator for the NFA (National Futures Association), the futures industrywide, self-regulatory organization for the U.S. derivatives industry.
