ABOUT STEPHEN FARROW
I am currently a director for FJ Retrofit Ltd, a PAS2035 compliant Retrofit Coordination company after previously working for ecmk Ltd as the Accreditation Scheme Manager following on from my previous role at the Building Research Establishment (BRE) and my job role was BIM level 2 Scheme Manager and Green Deal Scheme Manager. I was previously a Technical Consultant, providing auditing of domestic and non domestic EPCs. I was also responsible for the BIM level 2 certification schemes for business and for individuals. I also contributed to writing technical updates and ensuring the scheme adhered to the governments scheme operating requirements. I also contributed to training and development of scheme members. I have previous sales and retail experience at management level and I am very self motivated and always enjoy learning something new. I am also a qualified Green Deal assessor for domestic and Non domestic. I carry out EPCs for domestic and non domestic. I am a Code for Sustainable Homes assessor and carry out Home Condition Surveys. I am also a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers.
