Engineering and Continuous Improvement leader with 20+ years’ experience across EV & energy, aerospace, and semiconductor manufacturing environments. I specialise in leading teams, delivering complex and safety-critical manufacturing systems, and embedding Lean and continuous improvement to drive operational performance.I am currently working on gigascale EV battery manufacturing projects in the UK and India, leading the delivery of high-speed production lines from concept through to operational readiness. My experience includes capital equipment strategy, RFI/RFQ and supplier selection, PFMEA/FMEA, FATs, CE and safety compliance, and the sign-off of multi-million-pound assets.My background includes management roles within cleanroom, high-precision, and regulated environments, supporting NPI, production, and continuous improvement programmes. I have a strong track record of improving safety, quality, efficiency, and process repeatability while building and developing high-performing teams.I’m a hands-on, people-focused leader who values clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning.
