Oversee the operations and organization of River Run Bancorp’s Vendor Risk Management program, supporting its three banks - Pentucket Bank, Newburyport Bank and Rollstone Bank.• Developed the Vendor Management program for River Run Bancorp, taking the strength of each bank’s existing programs to create an organized, effective and compliant program for our new entity.• Collaborated with the VP, Operational Risk Team Lead and the Information Security Officer to organize Pentucket Bank and Newburyport Bank’s individual databases, into one database for both entities within the WolfPAC Vendor Management and Information Technology platforms.• Work with business units to perform the Due Diligence necessary for onboarding new vendors and its applications as a result of the strategic alliance. This involved collecting and reviewing the documentation provided by the vendors, leading to a recommendation based on the results of the Due Diligence review.• Delivered on River Run Bancorp’s Vendor Risk Assessments and Ongoing Monitoring plan.• Prepared River Run Bancorp MHC\'s Business Continuity Plan, organizing the Business functions for each business unit and working with each unit\'s leader to perform the Business Impact Analysis for each function.• Effectively prepared and delivered requested documentation for each audit. • Added the Vendor Management Program of Rollstone Bank into the River Run Vendor Management Platform.Also:• Named Chairman of River Run\'s first Volunteerism Committee (February 2025), leading the organization\'s efforts in giving back to the community.• Continued to lead the WolfPAC Vendor Management User Board, a 21-member group who meets every other month to share best practices and discuss current issues concerning Vendor Management with a focus on Risk Assessments, Due Diligence and Ongoing Monitoring.• Presented \"Best Practices in Vendor Management\" at Wolf and Company\'s WolfPAC conference on October 9-10, 2024, in Boston.
