Design Engineer with experience across heavy engineering and aerospace manufacturing. I specialize in SolidWorks modelling, sheet metal design, and structural analysis (FEA), delivering accurate, manufacturable, and analysis-driven designs.Currently, I work as a Production & CAD Engineer at Evolve Dynamics, where I am responsible for creating and managing engineering data packs, prototyping new and modified parts based on production feedback, and initiating Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), alongside wider production engineering responsibilities.I have worked extensively on steel structures, oil rigs and pontoons, armoured and commercial vehicle components, and fabricated steel frames — combining engineering analysis with real-world manufacturing constraints.My hands-on experience with CNC laser cutting, sheet rolling, and press brake operations allows me to design parts that are not only technically sound but also efficient to produce on the shop floor.I enjoy collaborating with startups, fabricators, and product teams to turn ideas into buildable, reliable engineering solutions.
