   Provide expert technical advice and guidance to the Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse teams consisting of Database Administrators and Data Warehouse Engineers. Guide, mentor and train contractors.• Work closely with other business unit teams to acquire information, define issues, determine needs and develop work plans.• Provide daily reports to senior leadership regarding current student levels and projected revenue. Also address all SOX and FERPA related issues.• Develop effective, useful solutions to address technical and operational needs or problems, through the development of systems and platforms that facilitate operations and provide a means for increased data sharing and processing. For example, over the past year I have completed the following projects:o Created an integrated billing process to allow multiple billing systems to feed data into a single tool (SalesForce). Worked with teams and external vendors to create a data process flow and built an integration feed to improve invoicing.o K12 needed a means to validate that their teachers possessed up-to-date certifications. I designed and built a process to acquire course/classroom data in order to validate that all K12 teachers are certified. This was a top priority from senior leadership and under tight timelines, which were met.o Architected a full billing system to support K12 business lines. Coordinated effectively with our business units and private school divisions to acquire input. Project reduced invoice time from 1 day to a 1-2 hour process, and allows for viewing historical data in order to forecast future expectations.o Updated the California state audit process and improved processing time that saves the daily data feed in database tables instead of CSV files to enable determining if there is missing data or incorrect reporting.
