ABOUT STEPHEN CAMPBELL

I\'m a curious builder at heart — whether it\'s software, teams, or strategies — and I’ve always been driven to understand how things work at a fundamental level. That mindset led me from studying mechanical engineering into a career at the intersection of product development, consulting, and leadership.Today, I serve as Vice President of Consulting Services and Financial Services Sector Lead for our St. Louis Business Unit, where I lead a team of 200 consultants supporting major banks and wealth management firms. Our work is defined by the value we deliver — from helping our clients accelerate their human-centered design journeys through behavioral science, to building digital experiences that truly engage customers and drive action. We’ve delivered high-quality mobile and web apps at speed to meet the digital demands of COVID, introduced modern architecture approaches that reduce cost, and built greenfield platforms handling +250k transactions daily. We\'ve elevated engineering standards across portfolios, tackled critical privacy challenges to protect sensitive customer data, and delivered enterprise-wide solutions where others have fallen short. My background spans more than a decade in market research and several years in financial services, with deep expertise in leading and scaling product teams, building big data systems, and delivering customer-centric digital solutions. I specialize in translating strategy into outcomes — using data, technology, and leadership to drive measurable business impact. What energizes me most is solving hard, high-impact problems alongside great people. I believe in doing the right thing, even when it’s hard, and I find real joy in building high-performing teams grounded in leadership, accountability, and collaboration. I’m committed to continuous improvement — in people, in systems, and in myself — and to creating the kind of culture where meaningful work and personal growth go hand in hand.
