An enthusiastic and understanding person,who has very good communication skills in the area of all manufacturing concerns, is able to guide, lead and motivate others at all manufacturing levels both internally and externally.I am versatile and adaptable and am able to work to tight deadlines either individually or as part of a team to achieve business objectivesAble to work with customer,supplier and Engineering to resolve customer conerns and trail and implement engineering solutions ( Design changes to products).Able to work with suppliers in order to improve the capability of the product which the supply through the usage of SPC and PPM data.Since joining Johnson Controls in 1994 i had supported other Plants around the UK and Europe working with various departments on various concerns.Generally focusing on Quality / Customer concerns.I spent 12mnths in Poland - Here i was assessing the quality of seats which had been in transit for a while and feeding back all relevant information to the Quality team in Poland and in England.I have spent some time in Belgium again dealing with quality concerns only on a different seat (VW).I also spent a long time in our Redditch Plant which had major concerns when launching the T5 seats.I have gained a vast knowledge of different seats and Quality standards.In all the time spent in other plants we resolved most issue which kept our customer happy and re-built some relationships which had been damaged. This was an excellent opportunity on how any issues / conerns can be resolved by teamwork.I am currently assisting our launch of a new product ( L550 seating and Overhead systems ).Responsible for Build targets, Quality, Materials and training of new recruits / and current MTMs.
