I manage the workloads of a five person creative team and consistently meet the deadlines of over 30 highly recognizable brands and a rotation of 50 smaller startups. Requests can range from designing identity systems from start to finish, to setting up products for sampling and production. The requests vary daily, the workloads are constantly changing, the deadlines are always short, and the quality has noticeably increased. I have effectively molded our small team of creatives from a \"copy & paste mentality\" to a competitive in-house agency providing a full service of identity design needs. I have changed the operating mentality of the Executive Sales team from \"mass quantity\" to \"focussed quality\" with proven results. Under my leadership, our design team has played a pivotal role in acquiring the business of major accounts including Mazda USA, Fear of God Essentials, Buck Mason, Cuts Clothing, four divisions within the Fashion Nova brand, and several other notable companies.
