From a one-off to thousands of components we have the capabilities for every requirement.Composite PrepWe have two large prep facilities in house with a total of 30 work stations in each. This facility is manned 24 hours a day. We specialise in both large volume contracts and also rapid response niche short run projects for trade shows and prototypes etc. Our team has delivered training internationallyto bring sister projects up to Exact’s world-class standards.Composite FinishingWith six ovens and two dedicated hot-boxes we have the facilities and paint-specialists to deliver high-end paint finishes to First Class seating and interior aerospace composite parts, as well as automotive and luxury leisure sectors. We can supply all finishes from textured to pearlescent to a variety of gloss levels using water-based or solvent-based aerospace approved coatings.
