My knowledge and experience gained as a result of over 18 years in this industry means that I am able to help customers identify the best product for their particular needs.Through strong relationships with a large number of masterbatch manufacturers and polymer distributors in the UK and Europe I am able to negotiate the best possible pricing, lowest MOQ and short lead times, enabling our customers to meet production deadlines on budget.Small lot specific colour matching is another area where I can help customers, using my extensive supplier network to identify the supplier best able to meet customers’ needs, whether in a universal masterbatch formulation or a polymer specific base, as appropriate.My commitment to building strong relationships with both suppliers and customers means that I am able to identify the needs of our customer base in general and on a more specific level work with individual customers using my product and technical knowledge to deliver cost effective solutions to our customers individual needs. This commitment is shared by everyone at Plastiserve and forms the basis of our business ethos.
