We have an obligation to our members to provide a clean, safe and energetic environment where we will go at any length to help them achieve their goals. We are here to IMPACT someone\'s life through positively influencing mind, body and spirit. We have the opportunity to do that every day.As the areas only reconditioning program, CSF helps clients or athletes get back on the move after injury so they may return to optimal performance levels. We have strong relationships with local physicians and physical therapists, so workouts are designed around each person’s unique needs to ensure a safe, yet fast recovery. You will be passionately coached, safely evaluated and encouraged to reach specific fitness goals you never thought possible.
