   Stephen Joined the WET team in February 2019 as a senior engineer providing project management and technical expertise primarily focusing on developing air quality services within WET. Working in the environmental field since 1993, he has worked for both private industry and state governments, resulting in a broad range of experience in many project areas. He has significant project management experience in air quality permitting, major facility environmental management, environmental due diligence, regional haze, State Implementation Plan development, air quality monitoring and ambient air quality data, air dispersion modeling; design and installation of pollution control equipment, green building/LEED, greenhouse gas/climate action, Environmental Management System design, Hazardous and Toxic air pollutant characterization and inventory, wood products emissions, industrial water and wastewater discharges including land application of industrial waste waters, Toxic Chemical Release Inventory and Community Right to Know reporting, served as Department of Homeland Security - Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism and Chemical Security Assessment officer for corporation, managed corporation wide Forrest Stewardship Council program as part of the corporate Green/Sustainability program. Stephen Graduated from Montana Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering in 1993 and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Montana (PE 20242), Idaho (PE 10578) and North Carolina (PE 040391). He holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification as well as a lean manufacturing certification. Stephen is actively involved in various community service organizations including Montana Tech and Butte Silver Bow Urban Revitalization Agency Board.
