RoleTo work with clients to understand business process pain points and needs to develop functional requirements and deliver a Salesforce-based technical solutions that leverages the most out of the Salesforce platform. Generally, requirements are defined through the facilitation of workshops with business stakeholders, business process mapping and developing system functional requirements with user stories. Solutions are configured on the Salesforce platform, with changes made in consultation with the client and deployed to both test and production environments. End using training and hyper care support is also delivered to clients (when required) along with presentations to stakeholders on the system development at the end of each sprint. Manage a team of UK and NL based consultants, provide advice on projects and coach/ support them to develop with opportunities on projects. Also involved in pre-sales to estimate the scope of work and present back to pre-existing and prospective clients. ResponsibilitiesLeading small and large project implementations ranging from a handful of users to many hundreds at all stages of the project life cycle including, managing client expectation, gathering requirements, designing solutions, estimating effort and building an appropriate solution. Providing best practice principles and documentation to the CRM practice along with template documents to use with clients.Skills Utilised:• Designing system solutions from requirements;• Requirements gathering and running workshops;• Knowledge of Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud;• DevOps strategies;• Mentoring;• Managing stakeholders to meet project and system limitations.
