Established in 2019, Percaelum Property is a property development company that understands the local community. When we build for someone it is not just about erecting a physical structure for the sake of pure profit. We look to enhance and add to the existing community with the new homes. We do this by building with the environment in mind and ensuring our building is of quality for people live. As well as using our knowledge of the local areas to ensure that new homes reflect the neighbouring community. Building a property requires many moving parts. From finding a suitable site, obtaining planning, building all the way through to ensuring that there is piece of mind for the home owner when they collect their keys and as they settle in. So to ensure this runs smoothly we call in our associates who are experts in their fields, such as legal, planning consultancy, builders, quantity surveyors, architects and, using the ethos of professionalism instilled in within the company through experience of the founding members working for major corporations, we co-ordinate these people with one goal in mind, not to provide just a roof over someone’s head but to provide a place worthy to call home. Community is important to us so we use our local knowledge of the area when we assess where to build. We will look at taking old tired buildings whose original use is long forgotten and turn them into homes for the Swindon and Wiltshire community. If we do build a new property rather than convert an existing property we will always assess the environment and ensure that we build with respect to the surrounding area and use the most appropriate materials. Building property around people. People provide the core focus of our strategy, from helping people find homes to helping people realising their investments through strong and better returns within property.
