ABOUT STEPHEN CHALLENOR
I am a level 5 Qualified Registered Manager, I manage two services supporting young adults with learning disabilities, Autism and Behaviours that challenge. I have worked in the learning disabilities sector for 13 years where I started as a support worker and worked my way up. Though out my career I have developed my management skills and thrive on supporting the individuals in my care and the staff that I lead. I am a lead by example manager and will not shy away from a challenge or any situation that may arise, I work on the floor with my staff when required and provide pro-active hands on support. My ethos is to provide person centred support to not only my residents but also my staff team enabling them to develop their own skills and progress through out there career and life. I am currently studying my Level 7 management in health and social in order for me to progress within my career.
