The day to day control of the UK\'s largest corporate clothing Distribution Centre delivering over 350k items a week into the UK and rest of the world. Our client base include some of the countries major blue chip companies, we clothe over 4 million people and offer both a b2c and b2b service, delivering to over 50k delivery addresses a week. I was one of the original MBO team taking the Dimensions brand out of Johnson’s in then the re sell and then part of the eventual second MBO. I have consolidated multiple acquisitions into our current distribution facilities during my tenure within the business, including the transfers of two million products from Alexandra DC in Bristol to our Long Eaton facility without interruption to service. Whilst controlling integration projects I have ran multi site operations ensuring optimum delivery and service performance was achieved. My experience has allowed me to project manage multi million pound build projects and the management of a WMS integration programme. My key responsibilities include the leadership of 1 Operational fulfilment 2 freight forwarding control 3 custom compliance 4 product personalisation agenda 5 group compliance including ISO9001, 14001, 27001 & 45001 I am the business Lean Six Sigma champion and am trained to Black Belt level, I am currently leading the cultural and technological drive of LSS. I have lead my team through the acquirement of GDPR and AEO status/recognition along with numerous ISO conversions. My operation manages over 200k SKU’s with an inventory level of forty million pounds, I have P&L accountability for over fifteen million pounds and perform to leading quality measures and KPI’s One of my key performance measures is the cost of the entire operation including delivery as a percentage cost of sales, I have maintained the cost at the same level for the last five years despite inflationary increases this has been achieved with no negative effect on service.
