I’m a qualified actuary with 20+ years\' leadership experience in delivering actuarial and risk modelling solutions to the insurance industry. I was part of the executive team at Montoux - providing modern, cloud-based actuarial modelling and automation solutions to life insurers. I’m an experienced leader of large, globally distributed, multi-functional teams and have a strong interest in product strategy, commercial strategy and team development.I am passionate about product management - particularly in business-to-business markets. I led both the commercial and delivery aspects of a portfolio of highly successful risk management and modelling products at Moody\'s Analytics and I led the product organization at Montoux. I’m a Certified Professional Scrum Master & Professional Scrum Product Owner. My MBA dissertation project focused on the management of software product portfolios using Agile, Lean and discovery-based methods.
