I’ve always believed that discipline, resilience, and teamwork are the keys to success—lessons I learned early on growing up in a home filled with family, love, and challenges. Raised by a single parent alongside my two siblings and cousins, I quickly understood the value of hard work and perseverance. Sports became my outlet, shaping my mindset and fueling my passion, eventually leading me to play football at Appalachian State while studying criminal justice and business. After college, becoming a father gave me a new level of purpose. It wasn’t just about working—it was about building something meaningful. That drive led me to create Iconic Roofing, now entering its second year. More than just a roofing company, Iconic is a platform to help others—whether it’s providing quality service to homeowners, creating opportunities for my team, or giving back to the community. As a father, uncle, and Christian, my mission is bigger than business. I’m committed to growth, leadership, and lifting others up. I want to create opportunities, develop people, and bring as many people as possible with me on this journey we call life.
