Outside core role / AI innovation & product work:→ Became Shopify’s first ever non-R&D product owner by initiating and shipping Shopify Launch Check (first-party app). Led prototyping, design, build, prompt engineering, AI integration, exec stakeholder engagement and GTM. To date, the app has supported activating over $2.02B GMV on Shopify and remains 5-star rated on the Shopify App Store. https://apps.shopify.com/launch-check→ Built and scaled a Cursor/Claude Code-driven multi-agent/skills optimisation workflow (SE Assistant), bridging merchant context and internal MCPs - adopted globally by Shopify Solutions Engineering teams.→ Built and scaled an internal web platform (SENTRAL) for syncing shared merchant context and solutions, and rolled out the SENTRAL MCP to feed context back to the SE Assistant - adopted globally by Shopify Solutions Engineering teams.→ Awarded the ‘Innovator’ EMEA Solutions Engineering award for pioneering AI solutions and establishing new global benchmarks for Shopify’s Solutions Engineering teams and the wider Commercial organisation.Core role / account leadership:→ Architecting enterprise commerce solutions across Northern Europe, leading technical discovery, API-driven (GraphQL) integrations, composable and headless architectures, and complex platform migrations for large-scale merchant ecosystems.→ Subject-matter expert and speaker at leading industry events, specialising in agentic commerce and the rise of autonomous AI agents.
