It is believed by prognosticators that current citizens of the US will see more change in the next 10 years than has been seen since the beginning of the industrial revolution in 1760 until today. People will will choose to either be swept away with the immense wave or embrace it and find a way to ride it to great prosperity. I am looking forward to finding the people and resources to participate in this great revolution and investing in companies leading the way. Recognizing that as the circumstances change in the capital markets, the structure and sources of capital must change accordingly. I have successfully arranged capital through IPOs, reverse mergers, SBA, lenders, private placements and grants. Blockchain technology has ushered in a new day for international finance.
