Responsible for supporting long term unemployed job seekers back into work, via face to face meetings to provide advice on possible job opportunities, coaching them to undertake work experiences to open up new avenues; Liaising with local companies to enable this to take place. A supportive role requires an understanding of each person on an individual basis in order to give the best possible service, which would result in the maximum possible job outcomes with sustainable employment.
