I am currently undertaking a Programme Management Role for Dechra Pharmaceuticals rolling out Veeva Software to Dechra’s Global Manufacturing sites and offices. Previously, I was the Head of Delivery - Banking in Experian where my vast amount of change delivery experience was being utilised to help provide software solutions for Strategic Banking Clients- I was responsible for the delivery of the portfolio of Programmes & Projects relating to all of the Banking Sector liaising with c-suite senior internal and external stakeholders ensuring that delivery expectations are achieved- Prior to this I worked as a Contractor for HSBC Commercial Banking as a Global Programme Manager rolling-out and enhancing a global Credit Workflow Tool. This involved me engaging with Country COOs and Senior Change Leaders in over 30 countries around the world influencing and advising on the most appropriate processes and delivery methods taking account of local regulatory frameworks and credit risk appetites- Prior to this role I was employed by the RBS Group where I managed to acquire many different experiences from every job I had over my 31 year career in this Bank. Before leaving I was a Head of Change and a Head of Business for a Credit Documentation function with responsibilities across the RBS Group- Having worked in a variety of roles I have developed a keen understanding of how to get to the nub of an issue quickly. Working out organisational structures and their respective cultures to navigate a path for quick and informed decisions- I was often consulted by Exec & Senior Leaders within Experian and prior to this Snr Leaders within HSBC and Executives within the RBS Group for advice- My career has involved many different roles having spanned Change Delivery, Leadership & Operations, always working closely with the front office and Executives. It’s important to me that what I’m doing is the right thing to do for the business and its people. When I\'m not working I relax by walking with our dog in Wales, watching football and riding my bike. Specialities: change management; leadership, organisation development; process improvement; performance improvement, stakeholder management.
