I am owner of Beech Holdings Limited, and the Beech Group of companies, myself and my team transform unloved historic buildings in the city centre of Manchester into efficiently designed apartments. We are committed to the creation of high standard, environmentally sustainable and affordable apartments in prime locations. With my student lettings business, Beech Properties, I\'ve been a successful property developer and landlord since 2001. In 2014 I turned my attention to Manchester city centre, acquiring derelict buildings and renovating them into low carbon, high design apartments. My aim is to bring unloved historic buildings back to useful purpose and provide affordable high standard apartments to new graduates and young professionals.
