   My responsibilities involve managing a highly skilled team of experts with expertise in CMBS lending, underwriting, rating loan bank credit risk and evaluating troubled Banking Institutions nationwide. Our expertise has been obtained from working with developers, major banks and insurance companies on a nationwide basis for over 30 years. USREA Team of experienced staff has worked on a contract and long term basis for multiple Community and Investment Banks and underwritten and risk rated both small and large loans, secured by all major property types. USREA specializes in underwriting commercial real estate loans for origination, for \"B\"​ piece buyers and performing over inspections nationwide over the past 10 years. In addition, credit risk assignments have involved complex work involving the O.C.C. where banks needed loan risk ratings, internal credit reviews and “forensic” underwriting. Prior to forming USREA, I was a Vice President of J.P. Morgan Bank as a member of the Investment Committee, where I analyzed, reviewed and valued individual assets in their $9 billion real estate portfolio. I also founded Odyssey Associates in as the President and provided commercial real estate valuation, consulting and acquisition services to a variety of institutions and assignments involving over $10 billion of new loan origination\'s.
