I have the privilege of lecturing at the Universities of Cambridge and Hertfordshire on their Executive MBA and MBA programmes respectively.I also undertake research which focuses on 2 key questions-1. What makes a successful business person and entrepreneur?2. How can this be learnt and practised?Solutions focus on Artificial Intelligence; in particular cognitive architectures.The results of the research programme are then used in online, blended and classroom learning interventions across the Universities.
