About Stephen Arnold
Not all childhoods are equal. The same is true for financial partnerships. I grew up in small town Ohio where sports provided lessons in teamwork and leadership, while my parents valued listening, thought organizing and then responding without qualification. Today those lessons translate to my role as a business development officer at Lazear Capital Partners-a Columbus-based, sell-side advisory firm with a specialty in new ESOP formation. As a former contract attorney and wealth-advisor, I have more than fifteen years of experience partnering with business owners and working collaboratively to solve their complex needs.
