Experience working on archaeological projects in Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Arizona, California, Arkansas, Nebraska, Nevada, Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Alaska, Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana and Kansas. Experience working on US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), US Forest Service (USFS), National Park Service (NPS), and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) projects. Responsibilities include developing cost estimates and scopes of work for archaeological proposals. Manages a staff of 40 plus archaeologist. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of the Tetra Tech, Inc. western states survey/excavation crews, managing GIS data and plan map graphics for site forms and reports, and writing technical reports. Areas of specialty and academic research include anthropological archaeology; peopling of the Americans; paleo- and archaic archaeology; cattle grazing impacts; river corridor archaeology; Great Plains archaeology; Great Basin archaeology, Wyoming historic coal mining; Grand Canyon and Southern Arizona mining; Montana copper mining; abandoned mine reclamation assessments; Fremont and Ancestral Puebloan Cultures; World War II training facilities, Pacific Northwest archaeology of the Columbia Plateau and Aleutian Islands Alaska. Currently permitted as a Principal Investigator in Wyoming (BLM and State), Colorado (BLM and State), Utah (BLM and State), Idaho (BLM), Oregon (BLM and State), Washington (BLM), Montana (BLM and USFS), California (BLM), North Dakota (BLM and State), Alaska (State), Indiana (State and Federal), Nevada (BLM and State), and USFS Region 2.
