   As the Senior Engineering Manager at Stryker, I led a team of developers in the strategic development and operational management of the Edge platform. My leadership ensured the delivery of high-quality solutions and superior customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration and innovative process improvements.Led significant change to support and escalation process reducing escalations to the development team from over 10% to 2%. This was achieved by meticulously revamping the support escalation process and enhancing collaboration across functions. The introduction of a second-generation CI/CD process, transitioning from Jenkins/Ansible to Azure DevOps, not only accelerated build and deployment speeds but also set the stage for our platform\'s expansion into PaaS/SaaS offerings, marking a significant leap in operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.Under my leadership, Stryker\'s engineering team embraced the Scaled Agile for Enterprise (SAFe) methodology, transforming our approach to project management and significantly enhancing team agility and productivity. By reorganizing scrum teams, enforcing scope control, and refining Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment processes, we boosted our release frequency to four times a year.
