Utilized Smartsheet to develop new reporting in this area. o Defined models of audit engagement and reporting to drive effective and visible partnerships between technology teams and internal audit teams to deliver against audit requirements. o Created audit visibility dashboards that remove the element of surprise in engagements and remediation tasks. o Working to define and develop the business-as-usual resilience assurance function in the Technical Resilience space. o Ensuring support and clear compliance frameworks for our key products and services during the delivery and remediation of the resilience program.
