ABOUT STEPH BOUSLEY
I’m a 3L at Northeastern University School of Law with hands-on experience in securities, sustainability, blockchain, and emergent technologies. I recently completed a co-op at Wolf Popper LLP in New York, where I supported federal securities and consumer class actions, and am currently completing my final law school co-op experience with American Century Investments.Before law school, I managed legal operations and HR for Steel Perlot, a scaling AI startup incubator, coordinating with multiple law firms across employment, litigation, immigration, and IP matters. I have extensive experience making visual and data-backed presentations to C-suites and boards. I bring over a decade of cross-industry experience—spanning tech, film, and finance—and a strong interest in the intersection of law, innovation, and business strategy. I am particularly interested in Blockchain technology. My long paper at Northeastern was about a blockchain-backed evidence chain-of-custody system to reduce wrongful convictions in the U.S. I will be graduating from Northeastern with my J.D. at the end of April 2026, and sitting for the July Bar Exam (MA + NY).
