I bring extensive experience in all aspects of the creative industry, including graphic design, market development, project management, and employee development to my current diverse role as Creative Director for MyLocker.net. The first twelve years of my career were spent conquering the ad agency world, starting out as a Junior Art Director and steadily rising upward through the years to the position of Creative Director, working on brands such as JBL & Harman Kardon, GlaxoSmithKline, Abbott Nutrition, Pepperidge Farm, Alpo, and Fancy Feast. Development and execution of shopper marketing programs for many different retailers was a specialized area of concentration for me. For the past 8 years, I have been intimately involved with developing my creative team that supports brand awareness and brand growth at MyLocker.net, the #1 online customization superstore. I built Creative Department from one person to present team of ten, including hiring Art Directors, Copywriters, Social Media Coordinators, video producers, interns and product buyers. Responsiblefor annual employee reviews, compensation raises and daily management of all department personnel and creative and promotional work. Developed Marketing Calendar (for multiple businesses) encompassing blogs and social media, google ads, digital and print promotions,partner programs, and media promos. Complete execution of employee-focused special events with 200-500 attendees. Assist sales and new business managers with company capabilitypresentations and operational tours.
