Stéphane has a strong expertise in key sectors and functions - urban mobility, autonomous driving and technologies for smart cities- international new business development : EMEA, USA, China, Japan- innovation, BtoB services, doing business with the public sector. Since 2013, Stéphane is a C-level executive of TRANSPOLIS - a unique smart city lab dedicated to the future of urban mobility and connected automated vehicles - in charge of fundraising, marketing & communications, public affairs and the global business development. Stéphane has also been committed to the creation of CARA the competitive cluster for mobility. Prior to that, Stéphane has had a varied and exciting career : In the innovation and consulting services, Stéphane was founder and CEO of a consulting firm specialized in innovation and product design. During 7 years, he focused on management and business development with international clients. At this time, Stéphane was convinced that the humanities should be better combined with technology to face new innovation challenges. Stéphane started his career as Marketing Director for OTIO, a French high-tech startup with offices in Hong-Kong, for which he launched several new products on the market. In the economic development field, Stéphane has been Senior Director of INVESTINLYON where he led international actions : he advised startups and Fortune 500 companies to start their business in France and he worked with the sovereign funds from the Gulf countries. As Secretary General of the WORLD TRADE CENTER Lyon - member of the WTCA in New-York - Stéphane turned a non-profit association into a private company with new location and services. In the healthcare business, Stéphane was deputy CEO of STUDIOSANTE a fast-growing healthcare company specialized in home care services. For the EISBM - a unique institute dedicated to personalized medicine - Stéphane was an advisor to raise funds, design the business model and develop strategic partnerships. Stéphane has been a Board member of HARA (Health Angels Rhône-Alpes) the regional network of healthcare business angels supporting entrepreneurs to raise money. Stéphane graduated from the IAE Lyon School of Management and has received additional training in Strategic Management from EML the Lyon Business School. He is also a French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCEF) and an Ambassador for Handicap International acting internationally for the respect of civil rights.
