With a robust educational foundation from Ashworth College and Essex County College, I\'ve soared in my career at Short Hills Aviation Services as a Falcon Pilot and at Eagle Flight Squadron where I lead as the Chief Flight Instructor. My core competencies lie in FAA regulations, general aviation, and aircraft maintenance, which I apply diligently in both my current roles. At Eagle Flight Squadron, my responsibilities extend beyond piloting: I hire and supervise instructors, manage aircraft maintenance, and handle budgeting and marketing. My team and I contribute to our shared mission by maintaining rigorous safety standards and promoting aviation education. My business administration background empowers me to enhance operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our organization remains at the forefront of aviation training and services.
