Since graduating from the College of William & Mary with a degree in Applied Mathematics and a minor in Marketing, I’ve spent the last 7 years becoming a true subject matter expert on all things system integrations, project management, customer success strategies, quality assurance testing and business process transformation. Working in a vast array of industries, from Energy & Utilities to Financial Services to Media and Entertainment, I have successfully established myself as a trusted advisor both to clients and vendors, consistently being enlisted to deliver future phases of work. My journey in the professional world has been characterized by a commitment to excellence and a knack for solving complex challenges. I\'ve led high-performing teams in demanding environments, consistently achieving outstanding results. I pride myself on being highly organized, self-motivated, and an enthusiastic contributor. Spending most of my career primarily in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) implementation and project management, I have a deep understanding of business operations and concepts as well as how to effectively navigate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, align on feature gaps, and orchestrate automated testing procedures and product launches.
